Instead of deleting a part using SolidWorks, use the delete part function to remove the model from the project including files and data from the database.

 ● Using this function on the Menu Bar click TSDParts as shown below, then select the  Icon.

                                    ● Alternately use the   button located on the Command Manager Tool Bar underTSDParts tab as shown below.
