An SDNF File can be imported back into SolidWorks using this function. The Steel Detailer creates a separate single part file.

A mapping process is also required to transfer sections from other Packages because the naming will be different to The Steel Detailer’s Weldment Profiles.

The folder called SDNF inside The Steel Detailer folder contains the default setup for Mapping from another package to SolidWorks.

         ● Using this function on the Menu Bar click TSDProjects as shown below, then select the  Icon.

 

 

    

          ● Alternately use the  button located on the Command Manager Tool Bar under TSDProjects tab as shown below.
