The TSD Start wizard appears on start up of SolidWorks if the Add-in is selected. Including TSD on start-up is as follows;

In the SolidWorks tool bar under Tools, Add-Ins, Other Add-Ins - The Steel Detailer.

Select the tick box next to the Start up & Active Add-Ins, then the next time SolidWorks starts up the below Icon will be displayed.

The Start up Wizard is a basic interface for beginners supplying links to training; RSS feeds Project Log-in and Documentation management.
