When
trimming a section part with another SolidWorks uses Weldment Trim.
When
using this between 2 parts it tends to not rebuild with a deep level Control Q.
This
function places a plane in-context in the part being trimmed and trims against the
plane in the part rather than part to part.
This
allows a rebuild at top level using control Q and allowing the part to update
without editing the trim.
Trimming Weldments Sections must occur at the Weldment
Assembly Level.
This will remove any
chance of intectual relationships occurring between Weldment Member Assemblies.
